Stvarne napake, reklamacije, servis in garancija

V skladu z ZVPot podjetje Vučko d.o.o. nosi odgovornost za stvarne napake na blagu.

Kupec mora podjetje Vučko d.o.o. o morebitni stvarni napaki skupaj z natančnim opisom le-te obvestiti v roku dveh mesecev od odkritja napake in hkrati omogočiti pregled blaga. Vučko d.o.o. ne odgovarja za stvarne napake na blagu, ki se pokažejo po poteku z zakonom določenega roka od prevzema blaga. Zakonsko določen rok je dve leti.

Pravico do uveljavljanja stvarne napake na blagu natančneje urejajo določila zakona o varstvu potrošnikov.

V podjetju Vučko d.o.o. se zavedamo pomembnosti reklamacij, zato se trudimo, da jih rešimo v najkrajšem možnem času, v obojestransko zadovoljstvo in v skladu z zakonsko veljavnimi določili.

Reklamacijo (vračilo napačnega, nepopolnega ali poškodovanega blaga) javite z obrazcem za vračilo izdelka preko e-pošte info@vucko.si ali preko telefona na št. +386 1 7878 514.

Artikli imajo garancijo, če je tako navedeno na garancijskem listu ali na računu. Dobavitelj artikla jamči za kakovost v garancijskem roku, če se uporablja v skladu z njegovim namenom in priloženimi navodili. Vučko d.o.o. je organiziran na sedežu podjetja na Stranska vas 17, 1295 Ivančna Gorica, usposobljen za tehnično presojo glede morebitnih napak in samostojno odloča o reševanju reklamacij, o zamenjavi izdelka z napako, razen v primerih, kjer je označeno drugače.

Šteje se, da je napaka na stvari obstajala že v času izročitve, če se pojavi v roku šest mesecev od izročitve. Potrošnik, ki je pravilno obvestil prodajalca o napaki, ima pravico od prodajalca zahtevati, da: odpravi napako na blagu ali vrne del plačanega zneska v sorazmerju z napako ali blago z napako zamenja z novim brezhibnim blagom ali vrne plačani znesek. Če obstoj napake na blagu oziroma nepravilnost pri opravljeni storitvi ni sporna, mora podjetje čimprej, vendar najpozneje v roku osmih dni ugodi potrošnikovi zahtevi iz 37.c in 38. člena tega zakona.

Podjetje mora pisno odgovoriti potrošniku na zahtevo najpozneje v osmih dneh po njenem prejemu, če je obstoj napake na blagu oziroma nepravilnost pri opravljeni storitvi sporen.

Kupec mora ob uveljavljanju reklamacije dostaviti z izdelki tudi in račun, kjer je naveden datum nakupa, št. računa.

Napake in škode, povzročene zaradi napačne uporabe izdelka, ki ga dobavlja Vučko d.o.o., niso pokrite z garancijskimi pogoji.

Popravila izvajamo v zakonsko določenem času hitro in kakovostno.


Cene

Zaradi narave poslovanja prek spleta se ponudba in cene v spletni trgovini Vučko ažurirajo in spreminja pogosto.

Vse cene so prikazane v EUR in vključujejo DDV, ki je jasno naveden na končnem obračunu. Cene in ostale ugodnosti (akcije, popusti, odprodaje …) veljajo v trenutku oddaje naročila in nimajo v naprej določene veljavnosti. Navedene cene veljajo le za nakup preko spletne trgovine www.vucko.si in za spodaj navedene načine plačila pod navedenimi pogoji.

Vučko d.o.o. si pridržuje pravico do dnevnih sprememb cen asortimana brez predhodnega obvestila.

V primeru, da je podatek o ceni napačen oz., da se cena spremeni med obdelavo naročila, Vučko d.o.o. kupcu omogoči odstop od nakupa.

Cena promocijskih copatov, tekstila, vezenja ali tiska se določi ob prejemu povpraševanja.


Pritožbe in spori

Vučko d.o.o. spoštuje veljavno zakonodajo o varstvu potrošnikov in si bo po svojih najboljših močeh prizadeval zagotavljati učinkoviti sistem obravnavanja pritožb.

Postopek obravnave pritožbe je zaupen.

Vučko d.o.o. bo v sedmih delovnih dneh potrdil, da je prejel pritožbo in sporočila kupcu, kako dolgo jo bo obravnaval in ga obveščal o poteku postopka.

Morebitne spore, ki bi nastali z uporabo spletne trgovine www.vucko.si med kupcem in Vučko d.o.o., bosta stranki prvenstveno reševali sporazumno. V kolikor to ne bo mogoče, je za reševanje sporov pristojno stvarno pristojno sodišče Ljubljana.

Vučko d.o.o. ne priznava nobenega izvajalca izvensodnega reševanja potrošniških sporov kot pristojnega za reševanje potrošniškega spora, ki bi ga potrošnik lahko sprožil v skladu z Zakonom o izvensodnem reševanju potrošniških sporov.

Kupec se v primeru napak pri pošiljanju ali na dobavljenem blagu obrne najprej na prodajalca neposredno, s pritožbo. Prodajalec nato, v primernem času, glede na naravo problema, kupcu odgovori tako, da pritožbo zavrne ali potrdi ter ponudi možne rešitve zadeve.

V skladu z 32. členom Zakona o izvensodnem reševanju sporov (ZIsRPS), podjetje Vučko d.o.o. ne priznava pristojnosti izvajalcev IRPS za reševanje potrošniškega spora, ki ga kupec lahko sproži v skladu s tem zakonom.
