Delivery and Collection
Delivery is available to addresses within Slovenia, Austria, Germany, and certain areas of Croatia (excluding islands). Ordered goods that are in stock will typically be dispatched for delivery within 3 working days of receiving the order or payment (in the case of prepayment by proforma invoice), unless stated otherwise. Delivery times may be extended during holidays or weekends, so we kindly ask for your understanding. If the ordered goods are out of stock, this will be indicated in the online store, or you will be informed via email or phone provided at the time of order placement.

Deliveries are carried out in cooperation with Pošta Slovenije or GLS. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can collect the ordered items in accordance with the delivery service's rules.

Delivery Costs and Invoice
The buyer bears the costs of packaging and delivery. The cost is calculated based on the current price list and the weight of the shipment (depending on the chosen delivery service) according to the valid price list of Pošta Slovenije or GLS Slovenia. The shipping cost will be calculated and clearly displayed separately before the order is finalized. VAT is included in the delivery cost.

Packaging and delivery costs are charged at the time of purchase in the online store www.vucko.eu. For purchases over €100.00, the buyer is exempt from packaging and delivery costs for shipments to addresses within Croatia, Austria and Germany (unless stated otherwise on the website). During promotional periods, the free delivery threshold may change, and the duration of the promotion is limited.

The buyer will receive the goods delivered to the address in accordance with the rules of the delivery service.

Upon receipt of the delivered goods, the buyer will receive an electronic invoice (sent to the email address used to place the order) containing all the relevant details, in accordance with the terms of sale published on this site and confirmed at the time of order placement.

The invoice itemizes the price and all costs associated with the purchase.

The buyer must verify the accuracy of the information before placing the order, as Vučko d.o.o. will not consider subsequent objections regarding the accuracy of issued invoices.

Payment Methods in the Online Store
Prepayment:
After making a purchase, you will receive payment details to your email address. These details include the amount to be paid, transaction account, reference number, and payment purpose. Payment can be made using a universal payment order (UPN) form at the bank, post office, or via online banking. To expedite processing, you can send proof of payment to info@vucko.si. The issued proforma invoice must be paid within 3 working days. If payment is not received, Vučko d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel the order or notify you with an automated reminder about non-payment and further procedures.

Credit or Debit Card:
For orders over €100.00, shipping to addresses within Croatia, Austria and Germany is free (unless otherwise indicated on the website). We accept Mastercard, Visa, and BA Maestro payments.

Paypal:
For orders over €100.00, shipping to addresses within Croatia, Austria and Germany is free (unless otherwise indicated on the website).

In the case of order cancellation or changes to the payment method for credit card payments made online, please notify us via email at info@vucko.si.

Gift Cards
A gift card is a prepaid voucher that Vučko sends to the buyer in physical or electronic form. Each gift card is marked with a unique code (serial number) and must be accepted by Vučko d.o.o. as payment for purchases made via the online store, unless otherwise specified on the gift card. The conditions specified on the gift card are valid.

Gift cards can be purchased in the online store (if available). The same terms and conditions apply to the purchase of gift cards as for other items. If you require a gift card urgently, please contact info@vucko.si for assistance. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise specified on the card.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. They do not have to be fully redeemed in a single purchase, but the remaining balance cannot be carried over to future purchases. If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card value, the difference must be paid by the buyer.

Online gift cards are distinct from vouchers for physical stores and are specifically marked as online coupons or vouchers.

How to use a gift card:

Choose the products you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.
In the online checkout, enter the gift card code in the "promo code" field and click "confirm."
Verify that the value of the gift card has been deducted from the cart's total. If it has, the gift card was successfully applied.
Only one gift card can be used per online order.

Discount Codes
A discount code or promotional code provides various benefits when shopping in the Vučko online store. Active codes can be found on the homepage, in Vučko email communications, or other media. Discounts may include gifts or price reductions. All discount codes are time-limited and must be used within the specified period, otherwise, they become invalid. A customer can use only one discount code per order, even if multiple active codes are available.

How to use a discount code:

Choose the products you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.
At checkout, enter the discount code in the "promo code" field and click "confirm."
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
The value of the discount will automatically be deducted from your total order cost. The remaining balance must be paid.
